Dr. Thomas-Chambers has always had a passion for seeing all people succeed. Her current agenda is to invest in educational and business communities in partnership with the universities she currently serves, supporting domestic and international students, as well as encouraging career mobility and healthy life management.


As a multi-dimensional advocate, Dr. Thomas-Chambers has actively inspired, led, volunteered, and participated in a plethora of non-profit projects and initiatives among boards, councils, and committees, supporting men, women and children of diverse backgrounds and needs. 


In addition to the publications she has authored, co-authored and contributed, she has supported professional business journals, magazines, and newspapers’ content on a variety of personal development, career development and business management issues which has led organizations and individuals to personal and professional success. Dr. Thomas-Chambers delivers custom training, speeches and coaching, to support businesses, K-12 sites, higher education institutions, and other community-based organizations.
